We are situated in the heart of the village of Peyriac de Mer. The pictures below give you an idea of the courtyard and the buildings, all in natural stone. The thick walls provide good insulation, in winter as well as in the warm "Midi" summer....!
Our vineyards lie around the village. There are 5 areas, one along the lake, two in the plains, and two in the hills. The latter carry most of our AOC Corbières, which represents 60% of our total production. The others are planted with varieties, giving us our Vin de Pays.
Today, we have 42 hektares in produktion. After a series of new plantings, we will end up with 52-57 hektares.
With the great amount of grape-varieties, we produce red wines, white wines and rosé.The yearly production lies around 1400-1500 hektolitres, corresponding to 180.000 bottles.
