Château Peyriac de Mer is situated in a priviliged "Terroir", south of Narbonne. The sun dominates the fields, which strech from the lime/calc foothills down to the water of the "Etang de Bages et Sigean". In this maritime microclimate, the wines express the subtle liaison, the grapes have with the soil and the sea-air.

The range of grape-varieties can be assorted in two groups
The varieties within the "Appelation d'Origine Controllée Corbières" : Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Macabeu
The grapes that come from outside the region : Merlot et Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Muscat petits grains.
