the winecellar Our cellar, built in natural stone with thick walls, represents the major part of our complex and is equipped for the vinification of a little more than 4.000 hektoliters.
We have a combination of large concrete tanks and several minor containers in steel and polyester. It enables us to process the varieties seperately, and we can adjust the temperature individually.
A part of our cellar is used for aging in barrels. This method enriches the wine with souplesse : it gives the wine present, but smooth tannins.
